My friend (yes, she’s really a friend) is looking for a free internet dating service that serves local areas. More specifically, the Mid-Ohio Valley.
I know there are plenty where you can sign up for free and create a profile and put up your picture and all that happy crap, but if you want to contact anyone, you have to subscribe and pay. And there are even some that have a free trial period. But are there any out there that are completely free that you don’t have to pay for??

I have not found one that is totally free. They all offer the “free” trial period for like two to three days, and allow you to send free flirts, but you are forced to pay no matter what to actually communicate. Sorry.
